In the Apology Bucket social media communication we conducted with Popeyes; We carried out a fun IG Reel project in which we fictionalized the story. While informing the target audience about the newly released Popeyes Apology Bucket product in the content we shot and produced, we managed to stay in the minds of the audience thanks to our story.
